about 13 years ago Josh Henderson embarked on the opening a food truck by the name of Skillet Street Food….
He then had the crazy idea to open another 20 restaurants over the next 13 years, restaurants that included Westward, Great State Burger, Hollywood Tavern and a few more.
He then had the better idea to reduce that amount of restaurants and focus on a couple of things… Burbs Burgers and Trophy Pizza. for now. :)
